CICA AICC is a non-profit organization, created in September 2018, that offers services to help children and youth become aware of the identity, values and culture of people of Afro-descendant origin.
At CICA AICC, we:

● Let us gradually destroy negative, often insidious,
preconceived ideas about Afro-descendant people;
– Contribute to a better knowledge of the history and diversity of
black identity, with a view to integration and openness;

homogenous communities to meet the social challenges of our time;

with mentors;
● Let’s give young people the potential to value themselves and be respected in

Your role:
Are you passionate about spreading knowledge related to history, arts and
culture, finance, fashion, literature and African identity? If that
speaks to you, read on.
As Head of Marketing, Communication and Promotion
you will be responsible for working with external and internal stakeholders to develop and implement communication plans to support
the achievement of the
organization’s strategic objectives.
Main tasks:
● Development of a digital and « traditional » communication strategy
to increase the visibility of the Centre
● Promotion of the Centre: Radio, advertising, etc.
● Business Development and Member Recruitment
● Management of the Team of Social Media Coordinators
● Other related tasks or at the request of the Board of Directors
The ideal candidate with the following profile:
He/she demonstrates autonomy, creativity, a good sense of
communication and a strong interest in the cause of Blacks.
She is a talented and enthusiastic person, able to provide key messages
to develop and support our varied campaigns and daily communication
activities. At least 2 years’ experience in one of these
areas is desired.
Since we operate mainly in French, the candidate must speak French,
but bilingualism is an asset.

We are looking for a candidate with the following:
The ideal candidate demonstrates autonomy, creativity, good communication skills and a strong interest in the Black
community.
They will be a talented, enthusiastic individual, adept at providing key messaging to
develop and support our varied campaigns and day to day communication
activities.
A comparable experience of a minimum two years is desired.
As we operate mostly in French, the candidate must speak French, but bilingualism
is an asset.
